Every bar of Bali Soap is made using the cold process method, a traditional technique that allows natural oils to retain their benefits.

Cutting, Curing, and Perfecting Each Bar

After the soap hardens in its mold, our artisans cut each loaf into individual bars - by hand, one by one.

Then the most important step begins: curing.

Our soaps cure for 4–6 weeks, allowing them to:

  • Fully saponify

  • Become harder and longer-lasting

  • Develop a gentle, skin-friendly pH

Patience is part of the art. We never rush this process.
